About
Los Angeles roots. More than two decades of experience.
A Los Angeles native, Silvy began working at 16, with early positions at two of the city’s most recognizable institutions: the Los Angeles Zoo and Griffith Observatory. An aptitude for organization and management became apparent early. Entry-level positions rarely stayed entry-level for long, with increased responsibility and leadership roles following throughout her early working years.
That pattern continued throughout a career spanning administrative support, private client services, business ownership, operations, event coordination, and specialized food and nutrition work. With more than two decades in the workforce, her experience has never been confined to a single job title. Instead, she has consistently become the person trusted to organize the details, solve problems, manage competing priorities, take ownership of complicated situations, and determine what needs to happen next.
Privacy and discretion are fundamental to that work. The same standards applied to client information are maintained personally, including a deliberately limited public and professional online presence. Client identities, private matters, correspondence, schedules, financial information, and other sensitive details are handled accordingly.
Silvy Assist brings that experience together as confidential remote support for private clients, professionals, and businesses, ranging from everyday personal administration to complex business operations.
